Today, wow, what can I say?

I can say that I never knew I had it in me.

I can say that I have been craving this real conversation for a very long time. The women that I met today became a game-changer for me. Raw, emotional, convincing and articulate.

Baby steps and light the fire.

These are a few things that I learned that I love:

* Seeing people laugh from their belly

* Motivation

* Water. Sun.

* My grandparents. And their history.

* Giving back. Inspiring others with my story.

* Honesty & expression.
